Baby panda thrills Thailand
The baby panda whose birth caught Chiang Mai Zoo officials by surprise is thrilling the country and the world. The zoo has tried unsuccessfully for years to breed their Giant Pandas to no avail. The parents, who are on loan from China, join the United States as the only countries outside China to breed a panda in captivity.
